Milestone Academy offers full time and part time employment. If you enjoy working with children, getting your hands dirty, singing silly songs, and having dance parties we’d like to hear from you! For the safety and well-being of our children, all staff must be CPR and First Aid certified. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for our children and staff.
Additional Staff requirements are as follows:
- Our staff is also required to complete 12 hours or more of continuing education in early childhood classes each year.
- Minimum requirements for employment include a high school diploma or GED,
- Copy of state issued driver’s license or identification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current physical examination and TB Skin test
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
- Prior experience working in early childhood education or in a daycare center is preferred but not required.
